INTRODUCTION

EDGEWISE Therapeutics, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (“we”, “our”, “us” and/or “Edgewise”) value the privacy of the users (“you” or “user”) of our website at edgewisetx.com (“Site”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, process, share and safeguard Personal Information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with the use of our Site or when you contact us by phone or email. This Privacy Policy also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your privacy rights. In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy does not cover Personal Information we collect or receive in the context of a clinical trial. If you are a participant in one of our clinical trials, we will inform you about how we handle your Personal Information in connection with that trial through the documentation you receive as part of your enrollment in that trial.

If you agree with this Privacy Policy any part part thereof, you should not access or use any part of the Site. If you change your mind in the future, you must stop using the Site and you may exercise your rights in relation to your Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy.  Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms of Use.

We collect Personal Information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.  If you do not provide your Personal Information when requested, you may not be able to use our Site if that Personal Information is necessary to provide you with our Site or if we are legally required to collect it. Where required by applicable law, we indicate whether and why you must provide us with your Personal Information, as well as the consequences of failing to do so.

 

A. Information You Provide to Us.

 

Communications and Contact information. You have the ability to provide a variety of information during your interactions with us, such as through emails, phone or other communications. If you contact us via a contact form, email, phone or by other means, you can provide us with Personal Information including your name, email address, mailing address and phone number, along with the content of your message and any other information you chose to provide to us. If you contact us about clinical trials, we ask you not to provide us with any medical or health related information such as test results or medical health records.  

Careers. If you decide to apply for a job with us, you can submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume and application, such as your education and employment experience. You can also apply through certain third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. B. Information Collected via Automated Means.

 

Device and Usage Information. When you access and use the Site, we receive and store information about interactions with our Services, such as date/time stamps, usage information and statistics, as well as your device, including your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, device identifiers, operating system version and type.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We collect Personal Information via cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies on our Site (collectively referred to as “cookies”).   • For Security and Fraud Prevention. We may process Personal Information to keep our Site secure and to identify and prevent fraud in the use of our Site, including conducting troubleshooting, testing and research.

  • To Send Marketing Materials. Subject to any consent requirements, we may use your Personal Information to send marketing materials.

  • Administrative and Legal Purposes.   • You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us regarding the processing of your Personal Information, at any time, and free of charge. We will apply your preferences going forward and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdrew your consent.

Please note that, while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain information for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so, to the extent permitted by applicable law. In addition, we may have valid legal reasons to refuse your request (fully or partially) and we will inform you if that is the case.
