An open label study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of different doses of EDG-7500 as a single dose in adults with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and multiple doses in adults with obstructive or nonobstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
