Michael Nofi
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Nofi has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2025. Most recently Mr. Nofi served as Chief Accounting Officer of SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc., a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, where he led the company from its IPO, commercial transformation, and acquisition by Merck KGaA. Prior to SpringWorks, he was Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Global Accounting and Corporate FP&A at The Nature’s Bounty Co. Mr. Nofi also held senior finance roles at Acorda Therapeutics, Allergan plc, and Forest Laboratories, where he led integration efforts across multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Nofi holds a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
